On being a visible LGBT voter
Your vote matters. Slow though change can be, each one is a nudge. In November 2004, exit polls put the LGBT vote at 4% of total turnout. August 2007 brought the first televised debate by presidential candidates exclusively about LGBT issues. Yes, LGBT voters are being recognized as a decisive electoral force. Visibility helps reinforce that reality. Visible votes make change possible.
This eye-catching design of U.S. flag, Pride colors, LGBT / GLBT / Lesbian / Gay / Bisexual / Trans, and "Voter 2008" adds visibility to the LGBT voting bloc.
